Summit Construction was selected to provide construction manager at-risk services for Summa’s Joint Center of Excellence Renovation in Barberton, OH.
The 7,235 SF renovation consisted of design upgrades to the existing suite for an upper-class hotel like stay for patients. The scope of services included demolition, framing, paint, flooring, cabinets, plumbing, hvac, electrical, communications, and new patient rooms.
SCC’s project team followed strict guidelines and procedures to not disturb staff or patients while working in the active hospital environment.
