Summit Construction was selected to provide Construction Manager At-Risk Services for Summit Board of Developmental Disabilities Barberton Office Renovation.
This 15,000 SF renovation of the existing workshop office was transformed into an open-concept model with 45 office spaces, four upgraded conference rooms and a new dividable multipurpose room for training and group meetings.
The scope of services included interior demolition, new interior walls, ceilings, MEP systems, demountable wall systems, furniture, and technology.
Even with Covid-19 related delays and challenges with working around the existing infrastructure and shell of the building, SCC completed this project on schedule and below budget.
