Summit County Developmental Disabilities Board

Summit Construction was selected to provide Construction Manager At-Risk Services for the Summit County Developmental Disabilities Board Cuyahoga Falls Office Renovation & Addition.  

This 22,000 SF renovation transformed the existing office into an open-concept model with cubicles, double paneled glass conference rooms, a break room and sitting area. The 7,000 SF addition added more office space, as well as a dividable multipurpose room. 

The scope of services included interior demolition, new interior walls, interior finishings, MEP systems, and ground-up addition services. 

Even with COVID-19 related delays, and challenges working in a minimal laydown and site size, SCC completed this project on schedule and on budget.
