Summit Construction provided construction management services for the ground-up Trouve Medspa in Mayfield Heights. The new 11,500 square foot building designed by NR Designs and Architecture, consists of a luxurious reception area and staircase leading to a relaxing waiting loft for clients. The first floor includes a staff administration workspace, product display, and refreshment area. The second floor has exam rooms, treatment rooms, laser rooms, and offices on the perimeter of the building. The second floor also includes a spacious conference and training room, with an operable partition that opens into a kitchen and eating space.
Summit worked closely with the architect and the owner in the early stages of design, and provided full service construction management during the 14-month project. This included daily management of subcontractors, budget, schedule, quality control, logistics and safety.
This project resulted in a state-of-the-art medspa facility with an efficient design, beautiful interior finishes, and a calming, productive environment for Trouve's clients and staff alike.
