Summit Construction Company was the Construction Manager At-Risk for a new 10,000 SF squash court facility for Urban Community Schools. The new facility includes 4 glass courts imported from Europe, two classrooms and administrative space. Summit administered all subcontracts and coordination for the project, and worked with the design firm and the Owner to ensure an excellent project delivery on time for the grand opening in October.
Urban Squash Cleveland is one of three new facilities being built on the campus of Urban Community School. In 2021, there will also be a new MetroHealth Health Center and a new Early Childhood Center along Lorain Avenue. Summit will serve as Construction Manager for the two new projects as well.
