Another addition to the library branch program is the Howard Branch, otherwise known as the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library. The construction took place on a greenfield site to accommodate the 16,000 square feet branch library with community center and unfinished basement.
The Warren-Trumbull County Public Library is a thriving library system that includes a main library, five branch locations, a bookmobile, and outreach programs due to the success that Summit Construction has provided.
