To accommodate the city of Medina's charm and picturesque suburban setting, Summit Construction was brought in to build a new neighborhood which included a 26-acre lot size, 196 3-bedroom apartments with individual garages, a clubhouse, a pool and retention pond. The spacious townhome design features extra-thick walls with premium soundproofing, 2 and a ½ baths, a private entrance, walk-in closets and a kitchens designed with all-wood cabinets.
While this project may have taken time to complete, the guests of Medina are thrilled with the results.
