In 2022, demolition began for the SITE Centers corporate headquarters interior renovation project. The Summit team was selected to provide CMR services for the exciting multi-phase project, and we are proud to share the 61,000 sf renovation has been featured in the Properties Magazine March edition. 

"SITE Centers, a real estate investment firm with interests in more than 140 shopping centers across the United States, recently unveiled a complete interior renovation of its corporate headquarters in Beachwood, Ohio. The multimillion-dollar upgrade aims not only to provide an open, modern, and comfortable workspace for its 200-plus employees, but also to reflect and support a deliberate evolutionary shift in the company's culture."
