Cuyahoga Falls Ohio

The Groundbreaking ceremony for the Summit County Developmental Disabilities Board Project took place last week in Cuyahoga Falls.

This exciting project includes the redevelopment of both the Barberton and Cuyahoga Falls facilities from open workshops into office spaces.  The Cuyahoga Falls facility, located on Second St, will be renovated and expanded by up to 7,300 square feet, and serve as Summit DD’s future headquarters.

Our goal is to create a modern and inclusive site design that meets the needs of our staff and visitors, with accessibility being a focus throughout the process.” (Summit DD)

Summit Construction was selected to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the redevelopment of both facilities.

Having constructed the original buildings in 2009, our team is excited and proud to continue to provide high quality service and facilities to the Summit DD Board, and for the communities and people who will use them. We are looking forward to continuing our great relationship with Summit DD, Hasenstab Architects, and the Cities of Cuyahoga Falls and Barberton
