Summit Construction provided Construction Manager at-Risk services for Urban Community School’s new Roundstone Athletic Center. The 30,000 SF facility will also serve as the headquarters for the Greater Cleveland Sports Hall of Fame & Museum. The new building includes a field house with three community courts for youth programs, classrooms, office space, and a built-in museum.

Summit provided a comprehensive CMR package which includes coordination of all work from initial site prep until final punch list and closeout. Our team supervised and worked to guarantee the facility was built according to the design and owner specifications.

In 2005, Summit provided CM services for Urban Community School - the first building on the UCS Campus. Since then, the campus has expanded with three more buildings - Urban Squash Cleveland, the MetroHealth Ohio City Health Center, and the Early Childhood Education Center - all of which have been built by Summit and Kaczmar Architects
