Logan Elm K-12 School has come a long way since its ground breaking on May 10, 2021.  

Summit Construction was selected to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for this 225,000 SF K-12 School.  

During the early site preparation phase, which included removal of topsoil, construction of the building pad and parking lot/layout preparation, SCC participated in Logan Elm’s Career Day. 

Since Logan Elm’s Career Day, there has been a tremendous amount of development at the K-12 School.  

The Summit Construction team continues to work on bearing the walls to the roof, installing roof joints, and setting structural steel & bar joints. They have completed the installment of the floor joints & decks, poured set of stairs, and prepared the deck for a concrete pour.  

In the upcoming weeks, with weather permitting, SCC will work on the underground electrical, bring water lines into the building and prepare an area for a slab pour.
