SCC renovated existing space located on the third floor of an existing 3-story building. Work included the demolition of a 9,000 SF office area that was repurposed to house the human resource department for the hospital. The renovation comprised of MEP upgrades and modifications, new finishes, casework, telecommunications and office furniture.
